 Verified We had a great stay at this accommodation. The two-storey layout offers plenty of space for a family of six, although there were only four of us during our stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the property. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The private garage was also a great convenience. The owner was thoughtful and kind enough to provide a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch.  Verified Beautiful house and great proximity to the beach, it was perfect for a weekend escape from Sydney. Extremely clean and a very light, bright coastal feel. Kids enjoyed the plunge pool and beds were comfortable with quality linen. Only recommendation would be to have some more comfortable chairs to sit in outside when watching kids swim but otherwise it’s a beautiful stay and host made booking and check in very easy! As advertised being a modern home with lots of amenities like stocked up cutlery which made a huge difference to our stay feeling like a home away from home. Well sized rooms for a family & very accomodating to our needs suggesting local spots & approving an extra night’s stay & added children. Nelson Bay is not too far away for shopping & restaurant options also. No, our plunge pools aren’t heated. However, as they’re small concrete pools, they tend to absorb warmth from the sun throughout the day, making them a refreshing spot to cool off while still comfortable for a dip most of the year.

9. Are toiletries provided in each villa?

Yes. Each villa is stocked with fresh bed linen, face washers, hand towels, bath towels, and bathroom floor mats. We also provide body wash in every bathroom for your stay.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the booking platform:

100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
